Metal stamping, also referred to as pressing, is a low-cost high-speed manufacturing process that can produce a high volume of identical metal components. Stamping operations are suitable for both short or long production runs, and be conducted with other metal forming operations, and may consist of one or more of a series of more specific processes or techniques, such as:

- Coining
- Bending
- Flanging
Bulk in cartons (25kg Max.) + wooden pallets or according to customer demand.
1. How can I get quote?
You will have prompt quote after we receiving your drawing in PDF/JPG or other 2D/3D files.
2. What is the production cycle?
It varies a lot depending on product dimension,technical requirements and quantity. We always try to meet customers' requirement by adjusting our workshop schedule. Usually our normal lead time is 25-60 days.
Lead time for 1 full container is up to the actual production situation and products structure.
3. What trade term will you use to quote?
Mostly FOB, EXW and CIF are also available.
4. What are the production capacity of your company?
- In Merid, fabrication works include precision stamping, deep drawing, fine blanking, cnc punching, cnc bending, laser cutting, flame cutting, cnc milling, cnc turning, tube bending, aluminum extruding, welding, die casting, etc.
- Metal materials include stainless steel, iron, carbon steel, spring steel, aluminum, titanium, copper, brass, bronze etc.
It depends on standard or customized fastener.
As usually, small quantity order is acceptable.
6. What's your payment term?
We accept Western Union or Paypal for small account;
For big amount, T/T is preferred.
7. How can I feel safe to do business with your company?
Your drawings will be kept strictly confidential and we will not disclose them to anyone without your permission.
Strict Quality Control System: 100% inspection before the shipment.
8. How many times should I pay for the mold for mass production?
Only for once for a new item.
9. Who owns the mold after I pay the tooling cost?
You are the owner of the mold, and you can take it back if you want.
Some mold fees can be returned to customer according to order situation, SuperFix owns mold if returned fee.
